Marisa Blank discovered her passion for developing and nurturing unparalleled client relationships in her first opportunity out of college, working with private banking customers at the First National Bank of Maryland. Direct contact and service to such a diverse audience of individuals and companies led to Marisa’s desire to join the travel and hospitality industry with Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Washington, DC. Which would become a 25+ year career supporting valued customers in the entertainment, corporate, association, and government markets. Serving as Starwood’s Director of Citywide Sales for New York City, Marisa expanded her focus from corporate and association entities to helping professional sports leagues execute their marquee events. Representing over 11 hotels across 4 brands, she secured primary roles for her properties as Player, Team, and Media hotels for multiple All-Star Games and Super Bowl XLVII.
In her endless effort to seek new adventures and challenges, Marisa became the Director of Convention Sales and Sports for the Los Angeles Tourism and Convention Bureau’s Northeast region in 2015.
